Client Services Administrator

We are currently seeking an in-person, part-time Client Services Administrator for our team. Hours are Sunday 8:30 am to 6:30 pm (9 hours including paid lunch). Additional hours may be available during the week on an as-needed basis.

In this position, you will serve as the primary point of contact for general inquiries from clients, scheduling, and maintenance of the office. This role is for someone who will take ownership of our RRLS Client Experience and use creative problem-solving skills to ensure our clients and fellow team members are supported. You will be the primary point of contact on Sundays for our students and their families as well as RRLS teachers.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate schedules, action, and follow-up items, and other operations while upholding company policies and procedures
- Effectively communicate with other members of the Client Services team and managers on items needing follow up, monitoring, or resolution
- Use CRM for data gathering, and task assignment
- Use scheduling software to manage student and teachers’ schedules

QUALIFICATIONS
- Hold or are working toward a degree or diploma in business administration, hospitality, or related field
- 1-2 years of proven customer service experience and administrative procedures
- Outstanding written communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable, organized, adaptable, with exceptional problem-solving skills
- Experience using CRM is considered an asset

ABOUT RRLS

Ruth Rumack’s Learning Space (RRLS) is a fast-growing educational support company for students from kindergarten to university, including those with learning exceptionalities.

We teach students in one-to-one and small group settings, and design individualized lesson plans that help students achieve academic and lifelong success. We also work with students who require enrichment and standardized test prep including SSAT, SAT, and ACT. Lessons are interactive and incorporate kinesthetic learning (in-person) and other creative teaching methods.
