Job Title: Customer Service Representative

**Salary**: $45,000 - $55,000 a year
Full-time, permanent
Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

**Responsibilities**:
2. Investigating and resolving customer opportunities and concerns
4. Coordinating order entry functions, order confirmations and delivery dates with customers and shipping dept.

Qualifications and Requirements:
1. High school diploma or equivalent
2. Accurate and efficient data entry skills are essential.
3. Organized and detail oriented.
4. A quick learner and ability to communicate with a diverse clientele group.
5. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
6. Excels at operating in a fast pace, community environment.
7. Experience with building/construction supply materials an asset but willing to train.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
