This is a full time, salaried position offering a starting salary range depending on management experience plus tips, bonuses + benefits and 2 weeks paid vacation. This role reports directly to the General Manager.
Effective Start Date - Summer 2024
At all times during your shift, sets the stage and directs the business in keeping with the expectations outlined by the performance standards for your position.
- Attends weekly managers meetings.
- Weekly meeting with GM
- Attends pre-shifts with FOH teams outlining objectives set out for that shift/week.
- Attends post shifts with FOH team members based on the objectives outlined for a successful shift.
- Maintaining the physical environment of the business through cleanliness and proper maintenance.
- Open/Close/Change Over/Weekly Cleaning lists must be kept up to date and executable.
**Responsibilities**

- Promote teamwork and communicate in a positie and professional manner to all departments to ensure the needs of the guests are being met at all times

- Create and manage service and host staff schedules to ensure appropriate staffing in all areas of the business
- Confident taking ownership of sales and labor budgets and effectively driving and managing results
- Confident addressing guest needs, comments, complaints in person
- Adhere to and enforce employee compliance with health, safety and sanitation standards
**On Floor Support**
- Supporting the 100% execution of all food and beverage products
- Driving sales and profitability on every shift
- Impacting a positive, professional and fun culture for all the staff
- Managing and directing all FOH team members and shift leaders to be their best on their shifts
- Managing and leading hospitality and service standards on all shifts
- Ensuring shifts run smoothly with mínimal interruption through focused leadership
- Impacting a fun, energetic and professional atmosphere for our guests
- Support all team members on shift to ensure that execution stays on track in all areas of the business
- Communicate with staff to keep bars and service areas stocked and well maintained throughout shifts
- Ensuring proper cleaning, organizing and maintenance of the restaurant during times of heavy volume;
- Assist and support other management with any objectives needed in day to day operations of the business
**POS & New Items**
- Can confidently learn and train POS standards and operations
- Can confidently support with new menu roll outs ensuring that staff are properly trained and fully understand all elements of new key menu item
**Qualities and Attributes**
- 5+ years experience working in the hospitality industry
- 2+ years experience in management roles
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including people management
- Strong work ethic, honest and trustworthy
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Works well under pressure
- Customer service focus and results oriented
- Excellent leadership skills
- Comfortable setting priorities and delegating tasks
Pay: $35,000.00-$40,000.00 per year
