About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business General Manager to join our team at Wildwood Day Care Inc. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing strategic plans, and overseeing the day-to-day operations of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement business strategies to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
  • Operational Management: Oversee the allocation of resources, including human, financial, and material resources, to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  • Leadership Development: Select, develop, and motivate senior staff to achieve business objectives.
  • Communication: Represent the organization in negotiations and other official functions, and delegate representatives as needed.
  • Technology: Utilize MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Windows to support business operations.
Requirements
  • Education: Master's degree
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years
