Laboratory Assistant

If you’re passionate about working in a high-performing team environment, then we want to hear from you. Previous laboratory experience or post-secondary education is not required. Full training is provided

**Location**: ALS Environmental, Waterloo. We are located close to Conestoga mall and accessible by transit.

We have immediate openings for various positions. You could be involved in:

- Preparing samples for analysis;
- Preparing solutions and restocking laboratory supplies;
- Operating basic laboratory equipment and maintaining records;
- Learning and using industry-leading procedures;
- Being part of a great team that works hard to meet client turnaround commitments.

**Requirements**:

- Accurately and efficiently enter data using a computer (basic use of MS Office);
- Work in a fast-paced environment and stay organized to meet turnaround times;
- Able to communicate effectively and work independently or as part of a team;
- Ability to lift up to 30lbs at various times throughout the shift.
