**Y Experience Supervisor**

The Northern Alberta YMCA is looking for an experience customer service leader to work as Y Experience Supervisor to provide leadership to the YMCA Experience team as it relates to services and sales to ensure that all members, participants and guests have a positive experience while visiting our centers. This position requires a flexible schedule working evenings, weekends and holidays.

**Position Responsibilities**
- Recruit, hire, train and manage all staff and volunteers within the YMCA Experience team.
- Provides efficient, effective and excellent service through appropriate scheduling and approved budget.
- Promote and facilitate a positive YMCA experience for anyone who visits our Centres.
- Respond to all requests and concerns in a timely manner, communicate issue with appropriate staff as needed.
- Ensure work area (lobby, desk and entry) is clean and maintained.
- Ensure YMCA Cash Handling Policy and processes are followed.
- Work shifts as a Manager on Duty.
- Act as a back-up to Associates and Coordinators as needed.
- Lead and manage processes, systems and initiatives that will promote growth, improve retention and ensure all YMCA experiences are excellent as directed, ensure all standards are met.
- Responsible for the development, implementation and management of Membership expense budgets.
- Monitors and reinforces member/guest behavior in accordance with the Member and Participant Code of Conduct.

**What You’ll Need for This Job**
- Related post-secondary education is an asset.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
- 2-3 years experience as a leader in a customer service environment.
- Certifications: Standard First Aid & CPR-C
- Flexible availability
- Able to obtain a Police Information Check and Vulnerable sector check.
