Customer Service Representative

**Job Summary**
**Job Duties & Responsibilities**
- Ensure excellence in delivering the customer experience per CRE best practices and measured by LEI results.
- Communicate repair process expectations to clients.
- Provide service by explaining the advantages of various service offerings and cross-selling programs.
- Sell CRE Services, aiming to build strong and lasting client relationships.
- Create, schedule, and follow up on appointments.
- Prepare Intake and Delivery paperwork.
- Manage front office operations to support sales function efficiency.
- Collaborate with production and sales managers to ensure timely vehicle delivery.
- Provide regular reporting to production and sales managers on key performance metrics.
- Set convenient appointments based on shop availability.
- Inspect repairs, complete paperwork, and meet with customers during vehicle pickup to ensure satisfaction.
- Handle payments for deductibles, customer pay work, etc.
- Maintain complete knowledge and compliance with company and departmental policies, procedures, and standards.
- Cultivate positive working relationships with team members and management.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area to comply with health and safety procedures.
- Perform other related tasks as required.
**Skills & Qualifications**
- High school diploma or GED.
- Strong customer service and troubleshooting skills.
- Previous experience as a customer service representative, preferably in a body shop.
- Exceptional conflict resolution, negotiation, and objection handling skills.
- Highly flexible with solid interpersonal skills for effective collaboration in a diverse working environment.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to deal with people sensitively, tactfully, diplomatically, and professionally at all times.
- Professional appearance and manners.
- Strong work ethic, quality-oriented, and a positive team attitude.
