Horizon is currently seeking a talented & energetic Part-Time Permanent **Customer Service Representative **to join our **Retail** business unit in **Saskatoon, Saskatchewan**.

The Customer Service Representative position is a key role at Horizon. This position involves working with customers visiting the retail store and assisting them in selecting the product that best suits their needs. This customer-facing role requires someone who has exceptional customer service skills and a passion for technology. This role is perfect for someone who loves Apple and is ready to enhance their knowledge of Apple to be able to provide their expertise to customers

**Responsibilities**
- Assisting customers and clients with purchases in-store and over the phone
- Provide high-quality customer service for our clients
- Accurately entering data into Horizon’s customer and service management system
- Basic troubleshooting of electronic devices
- Able to work rotating shifts including Saturdays and holidays
- General administrative duties as required
- General cleaning and upkeep of the Horizon Retail store

**Requirements**:

- Excellent customer service skills
- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
- Great at problem-solving
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Must be available to work rotating schedules based on retail store hours, including weekends.
- High School diploma

**Job Type**: Part-time

- Day shift
- Weekends as needed
