We are seeking top-tier talent to join our Infrastructure division and build innovative projects in the transit and transportation sectors, such as roads, highways/freeways, bridges, interchanges, LRTs, BRTs, and airports. **About the Role**:
The HSE (Health, Safety, and Environmental) Coordinator/Administrator Intern at Graham plays a crucial role in supporting the safety and compliance efforts of our projects. Reporting directly to the HSE Supervisor or Manager, this internship provides valuable hands-on experience in both administrative duties and on-site coordination responsibilities.

**As an HSE Intern at Graham you will**:

- Assist in coordinating with project management teams to ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations.
- Participate in training sessions to educate project personnel on safety procedures and practices.
- Support in conducting site inspections to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
- Assist in incident investigations and reporting procedures.
- Update E-Learning (Orientations and training)
- Review and count/track /organize BBO’s and FLRA’s for all projects
- Help generate and analyze HSE performance reports.
- Assist in managing HSE document control, including preparation of KPI and training reports.
- Support in inventory and distribution of HSE materials.
- Provide additional administrative support as needed.

**Qualifications/Experience**:

- Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program at a college or technical school.
- Prior document control experience within a Construction environment is considered an asset
- Certification in Health and Safety, or a safety designation is an asset
- Prior internship or work experience in a related field is preferred but not required
- Understanding of HSE management systems and general constructability is a plus
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite and online reporting software.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
