Pioneer Truck Lines is looking for a HSE Administrator to join our team
- **Qualifications**:_
- Excellent oral, and written communication
- **Excellent computer skills (Microsoft office, etc.)**:

- Previous Transportation & HSE administrative experience.
- **Strong work ethic with high personal standards for performance**:

- Ability to create and present training/ orientation programs (PowerPoint)
- **Primary Responsibilities**:_
- Performing administrative functions in support of the company’s Transportation Compliance and HSE Programs.
- **Maintain filing in an organized central location.**:

- Attend meetings as requested and take minutes.
- **Providing support, as required, to third-party supplied training programs and courses.**:

- Maintain Hours of Service logs and perform monthly log audits.
- **Filing pre-trip inspections and shop work orders.**:

- Perform other related duties as required.
- **Job Accountability**:_
- Active participation in job process improvements.
- **Performance of primary job responsibilities in an accurate, efficient, courteous, and enthusiastic manner.**:

- Active team membership, by cooperating and communicating relevant information with managers and coworkers.
- **Compliance with Employment Policy Agreement.**:

- Maintain good business practices
- **Appropriate self-management (punctuality, absences).**

We offer 40 hours per week (Monday-Friday), competitive salary, company benefits (after 3 months), 2 weeks’ vacation.

Pay: $52,000.00-$58,000.00 per year
