This position is required to work in the Lacombe central office.

What will your growth opportunities look like in this role?
- Learn and become knowledgeable in the insurance, lending, and risk management aspects of the business
- In-house learning and development
- Gain an understanding of function and flows for various systems owned by Business Services.
- Collaborate with other areas within Business Services and as well with other departments.
- Learn and become Knowledgeable in Records Management functions and services

What will you be responsible for?
- Prepare routine letters, memoranda, reports, procedures, guidelines and similar documents following detailed instruction. This is likely to involve using the full range of functions within standard office software.
- Maintenance of systems, Spend Map, Kofax ERMA, online storefront and vendor set up. Develop test case scenarios and business requirements for system upgrades.
- Conduct specific daily functionality in ERMA and Kofax including managing changes, updates to system, management of record repository and ERMA/Kofax related calls.
- Exchange information with internal clients, coach clients on the use of the ERMA and industry best practices.
- Provide system reporting for auditors and other departments.
- Complete system audits when required.
- Sharepoint champion and administrator for Business Services department maintenance, updates and changes to the various department own SharePoint sites.
- Support all areas within Business Services by performing a range of activities which could include but not limit to records management, procurement, fleet and facilities, real estate, corporate insurance and Business Continuity Program.

**Qualifications**:

- Technical school diploma or working towards such
- Previous records management knowledge would be an asset
- Driving required in the course of employment: Driving may be required in the course of employment, but adjustments could be made temporarily if necessary and the employee could still perform the core duties of the role if that employee temporarily lost their driver’s license.
