**What we are looking for?**
We are looking for an ambitious Osteopathic Manual Practitioner looking to work in a collaborative work environment at Vitality. We are looking for someone who is an advocate of growth and development and is eager to learn from the Clinic Director and fellow clinicians.

We currently have 4 clinics with plans for growth and expansion, with more opportunities to come. **Your Commitment**
- Understand the Vitality philosophy and deliver an exceptional client experience
- Follow the clinics' processes and operations to provide the Vitality experience
- Effectively understand the client’s medical history, symptoms, and long-term goals to focus on longevity
- Develop and communicate clearly personalized treatment plans for each client based on their ultimate goals and their “why”
- Accurately document as per college/association guidelines client’s condition and progress
- Build relationships with other staff and thrive within the culture
- Build strong rapport with clients from a variety of backgrounds through strong communication and providing the Vitality experience
- Understand how to quickly implement new technology and software changes in the ever-changing industry to enhance client engagement
- Participate in community development initiatives to drive branding awareness and new assessments.
- Participate in on-going clinical education (internal and external)
- In coordination with the clinic director, review compliance and performance to determine the level of support and training required to help you grow.
