**Job Summary**
Bluewater Group (BWG) seeks an experienced **Supply** **Chain Data Analyst (SCDA)** to join our team at **6474 Roper Road, Edmonton**. The SCDA role involves analyzing Supply Chain data across BWG’s Canada-wide warehousing operations. This position demands strong communication skills, teamwork, and the ability to manage information efficiently. The role encompasses an 80/20 split between office and warehouse work, focusing on data management, analysis, and communication.
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Generate and maintain Daily, Weekly, Monthly, and Quarterly reports.
- Ensure data integrity by aligning customer requirements with operational capacity.
- Engage in on-site observation and interaction with warehousing teams to understand day-to-day processes and analyze data outputs.
- Support operational leadership and customer-facing initiatives to enhance productivity and service levels.
- Develop and enforce KPIs, advising on corrective actions when necessary.
- Identify trends and communicate findings to local and senior operational leaders.
- Prepare presentations for both internal and external audiences.
- Coordinate deadlines with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Propose strategies for process improvement with a focus on continuous enhancement.
- Fulfill other assigned duties.
**Qualifications**:
- Preferred post-secondary education.
- Experience with PowerBI or similar data visualization software is advantageous.
- Previous experience in Supply Chain or related industries.
- Strong teamwork ethic and a drive for improvement.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in process evaluation and improvement.
- Exceptional time management skills with the ability to adhere to strict timelines.
- Advanced problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Client-focused communication skills with a service-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in IT software, including Microsoft PowerBI, Excel, and SharePoint.
- Ability to simplify complex topics and data for diverse audiences.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
**Working Conditions**:Be comfortable working around heavy equipment in a fast-paced industrial environment.
Aspects of the role will require one to stand for extended periods of time, constantly lifting/picking/moving moderate to heavy materials, completing repetitive tasks with mínimal breaks. Comfortable working at heights. Ability to lift maximum 50 lbs.
