Our HCM Presales team is a strategic partner to the Workday sales organization and responsible for building a compelling vision of the Workday solution. We take our culture as a key foundation of the way we work together and how we hold each other accountable.

About the Role

About You

Workday Presales Solution Consultants partner with our sales teams to identify customer pain points, and then propose and demonstrate solutions that leverage Workday HCM and related cloud solutions.

Basic Qualifications- 2+ years of experience in a Presales / Sales Consulting role or- 5+ years’ experience within HCM domain expertise- Experience in cross functional ERP functions such as HR, Payroll, Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting and/or Learning is highly preferredOther Qualifications- Bilingual (French/English) preferred- Experience of valued based selling- Previous consulting experience with a consulting/Software company preferred.- A self-starter with a desire to learn and grow.- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.- Ability to work under pressure and work on multiple projects individually as well as being part of different teams.- Ability to enthusiastically communicate Workday’s unique value and to demonstrate HCM solutions- Unrivaled professional presentation, communication, and decision-maker influencing skills; expert knowledge of Human Capital Management software.
