**Specific Responsibilities**:

- Work with internal members to gather requirements, implement and manage best practices for account configuration, definition of workflow, data management, users, subscriber data, security, permissions, approval processes and custom object implementation
- Present use cases to departments that demonstrate new or unused functionality with the goal of maximum utility of software
- Maintain, prioritize, and report on user request backlog
- Create and manage access to visual representations of data. Update and maintain reports for tracking and record-keeping, submitting to appropriate Manager, staff member or committee as needed
- Collaborate with vendors, analysts, and business owners to deploy new releases and enhancements or address system issues
- Configure Marketing Cloud products (builders, studios)
- Support Marketing Cloud integration offerings (FTP, API, MC Connect)
- Analyze, diagnose, and determine root cause of issues, test, communicate and either resolve or escalate for resolution appropriately
- Assist in tracking, prioritizing, and escalating identified issues to software vendors, IT contacts, and business owners
- Create and maintain software documentation and tutorials for use by other team members
- Maintain an accurate record of costs associated to system upgrades, enhancements and/or fixes
- Assist with various corporate initiatives and projects by providing technical and/or administrative support.
- Maintain general understanding of and adherence to Project Management and/or Process improvement practices and methodologies

**Qualifications**:

- Grade 12 Diploma plus one year of formal education or equivalent specializing in computer science
- 4 to 6 years of job-related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator Certification required
- Knowledge of Marketing Cloud extension products and features (Datorama, Interaction Studio, Audience Builder, etc.)
- Evaluate and maintain knowledge on market leading solutions and technology through certifications, coursework, independent study, and industry conferences
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task, probe, analyze, and problem-solve complex issues
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Business acumen
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and organized
- Able to work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines
