Position Overview:
Our client is looking for a System Administrator who is responsible for supporting, administering, and maintaining the company's server and cloud infrastructure. This role plays a vital part in ensuring the operation of critical IT systems.

**Responsibilities**:
Implementation of systems aligned with business needs.
Troubleshooting and maintenance of infrastructure, including patch management.
Promptly addressing system issues, even after hours.
Ensuring system security and collaborating with other departments.
Researching and adhering to best practices and standards.
Managing asset inventory and collaborating on IT projects.
Documenting and resolving support requests.
Maintaining professional certifications.
Assisting other IT support roles and executing projects.
Additional duties as required.

**Requirements**:
College diploma or university degree in information technology.
At least 3 years of experience in business technology and systems knowledge.
Proficiency with Microsoft Windows client and server operating systems.
Knowledge of Microsoft Teams, Office 365, Azure, and other related technologies.
Familiarity with Active Directory, Group Policy, and PowerShell.
Experience with server virtualization (VMWare), network storage, and backup technologies (Veeam).
Understanding of various hardware systems.
General database and SQL knowledge.
Knowledge of network technologies, firewalls, routers, and more.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
