Our Airmax division in Granby, QC is looking to hire a full-time Inside Sales Customer Service-Warehouse Representative that thrives in a solution based sales cycle environment.

**What will you do as an Inside Sales Representative?**

An inside sales rep will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable with multi-tasking, working with channel partners, suppliers and internal staff members. You must also possess the ability to work in a structured warehouse environment shipping and receiving orders to our customers.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Understanding and meeting customer needs and requirements.
- Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales/staff member for further development and closure
- Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest.
- Team with channel partners to build pipeline.
- provide 360 degrees of service from taking the order to picking and shipping the goods.

**Requirements**:

- Proven inside sales experience
- Warehouse / logistics understanding
- Strong phone presence
- Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
- Experience working with ERP's / CRM's on Windows based PC's
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Being Bilingual (English/French) preferred

**Que ferez-vous en tant que représentant commercial interne?**

Un représentant des ventes internes jouera un rôle fondamental dans la réalisation de nos objectifs ambitieux d’acquisition de clients et de croissance des revenus. Vous devez être à l’aise avec le multitâche, en travaillant avec des partenaires de distribution, des fournisseurs et des membres du personnel internes. Vous devez également posséder la capacité de travailler dans un environnement d’entrepôt structuré d’expédition et de réception des commandes à nos clients.

**Les responsabilités sont les suivantes**:

- Comprendre et répondre aux besoins et aux exigences des clients.
- Acheminer les opportunités qualifiées au membre du personnel / de vente approprié pour un développement et une clôture ultérieurs
- Rechercher des comptes, identifier les acteurs clés et générer de l’intérêt.
- Faites équipe avec des partenaires de distribution pour construire un pipeline.
- fournir 360 degrés de service de prendre la commande à la cueillette et l’expédition des marchandises.

**Exigences**:

- Expérience de vente interne éprouvée
- Compréhension de l’entrepôt / de la logistique
- Forte présence téléphonique
- Maîtrise de la productivité d’entreprise et des outils de présentation Web
- Expérience de travail avec des ERP / CRM sur des PC basés sur Windows
- Excellentes compétences en communication verbale et écrite
- Solides compétences d’écoute et de présentation
- Capacité à effectuer plusieurs tâches, à hiérarchiser et à gérer efficacement le temps
- Être bilingue (anglais/français) préféré
