Patrick Sprack Limited (PSL) was formed in 2006 as a Preventative Maintenance Oriented HVAC company. Since this time, we have become a reputable and leading Northern Ontario HVAC-R contractor to the mines, industrial sites as well as commercial properties.

PSL provides a variety of heating, ventilation, air-conditioning, petroleum, propane, and refrigeration services ranging from planned maintenance (both preventative and full coverage), inspections and diagnostic services as well as repairs, retrofits and new installations for commercial and industrial mechanical systems.

**Responsibilities & Duties**:

- Technical advisor/mine air heater/Fans
- Asset manager-mine air raises
- Sales surrounding mine air heaters and ventilation systems
- Coordinate daily onsite activities liaising with client
- Maintains records of daily activities’ and reports to owner Scott Sprack
- Reviews Plans, specifications, requests for information, submittals etc.. As required

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Mine Ventilation Systems/Heaters/Fans
- Ability to effectively discuss project issues with operators, contractors, project team and clients, including ability to resolve conflict situations.
- Takes initiative on tasks and in coordinating with other members of the project team, obtaining and sharing necessary information.
- Strong organizational skills and understanding of task assignment and schedule.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Valid Driver’s License
