**Responsibilities / What Impact You Can Make**

As one of our Dental Administrative Assistants, you will have an opportunity to collaborate with all the members of our clinical team in providing world-class patient care. As a member of our team, you will be integral in fulfilling our purpose to innovate the collaborative speciality of periodontics and redefine the patient experience. You are communicative, collaborative, and comfortable giving and receiving feedback from the rest of the team. You are thorough and detail-oriented across all things you touch. You are a team player with a hands-on mentality and a 'no task is too small' attitude.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Deeply connect with patients regarding their oral health goals and pressing periodontal and implant related problems.
- Answer incoming communication promptly and courteously.
- Schedule and confirm appointments.
- Prepare treatment plans, present to patients and make financial arrangements.
- Achieve excellence in guiding the patient through the clinical journey.
- Prepare and maintain the administrative area in the same way you would host your most important guest.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $26.00-$30.00 per hour

- DCS / DEC (preferred)

**Experience**:

- administrative assistant: 1 year (preferred)
- receptionist: 1 year (preferred)
