**Position Summary**:
This position supports marketing team activities that enhance the digital & customer experience. From consideration to post-purchase, this role will play a key part in bringing new customers to Dexcom and continuing to bring a world-class experience to our existing customers. Delivering the day-to-day management of web publishing across Dexcom’s various web properties, you will need excellent verbal, written and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects. You will manage the implementation of online changes and support the development of enhancements to existing online touchpoints across a range of platforms. The position requires a team-oriented approach and commitment to helping produce high-quality digital content.

With a focus on website performance, content delivery, and improving the customer journey, you will help to enhance Dexcom’s many online touchpoints.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Engage with Marketing team leaders to identify, develop, and implement new digital content for existing web properties and digital advertising.
- Identify and recommend areas of improvement for current web property content and align with key stakeholders to improve site conversion, customer experience and user retention.
- Manage and maintain content within Dexcom’s CMS & eCommerce platforms. Making modifications to webpage copy/images, producing webpages/FAQs.
- Propose and deliver A:B tests on digital touchpoints
- Investigate and analyze trends in consumer data.
- Work with internal stakeholders to gain approval for distribution of all digital marketing assets.
- Be a brand champion who understands Dexcom’s visual style as well as our tone of voice.

**Experience and Education**:

- Typically requires bachelor’s degree and 5-8 years marketing and/or experience in medical device, life sciences, healthcare marketing, or digital marketing role.
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
- Excellent knowledge and experience of working with a content management system is essential with knowledge of HTML, CSS, or JavaScript for web implementations.
- Strong understanding of digital customer journeys and experiences.
- First class attention to detail with a creative eye.
- Customer first attitude with the ability to understand pain points and deliver to customer needs via the online channel.
- Ability to build strong relationships and collaborate within the team and cross functionally.
- Strong prioritizing, organizing, problem solving, and decision-making skills.

**Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in highly regulated industries and knowledge of writing within regulatory constraints highly preferred.
