**💡 FAQ**
**Q: Klue who?**
A: Klue is a VC backed, capital-efficient growing SaaS company. Tiger Global and Salesforce Ventures led our US$62m Series B in the fall of 2021. We’re creating the category of competitive enablement: helping companies understand their market and outmaneuver their competition. We benefit from having an experienced leadership team working alongside several hundred risk-taking builders who elevate every day. We’re one ofCanada’s Most Admired Corporate Cultures by Waterstone HC, aDeloitte Technology Fast 50 & Fast 500winner, and recipient of both the Startup of the Year andTech Culture of the Year awards at the Technology Impact Awards.
**Q: What level of experience are we looking for?**
A: This is a very senior IC role. We’re looking for someone with strong product chops, who's learned lessons the hard way in the trenches. Someone with proven experience taking a glimmer of an idea from ideation through impactful delivery. Who has experience making hard trade-offs, stripping opportunities down to their barest form, and working with stakeholders at all levels to garner support for their team's work. When evaluating level we look at **scope**, **complexity**, **communication**, **decision-making**, and **product intuition.
**Q: What does Product Management look like at Klue?**
A: You own your area of responsibility. Your destiny is in your own hands, within the context of our vision and corporate goals, of course. PMs are responsible for identifying, de-risking, and prioritizing outcomes for the engineering team to tackle, as well as ensuring they are successfully met. You'll have access to customers, prospects, and random people on the street... and will be expected to deeply understand them.
**Q: Are you HYBRID-friendly **🤩**?**
A: YES What’s hybrid? Not 100% remote, not 100% office. Both. Work a portion of the week from home, the other from the office. **If you live within a reasonable commute of a Klue hub, we expect you to be in-office at least 2 full days a week **(reasonable commute = ~ 1 hour of a Klue hub). Under 2 hours =
