En tant qu’administrateur de poste de travail, vous travaillerez sur des projets pour des clients œuvrant dans divers secteurs de l’industrie.

Ce poste requiert d’interagire et de communiquer avec des équipes internes et externes pour s’assurer que les activités sont clairement définies et qu’elles suivent les meilleures pratiques de l’industrie.

Au sein de l’équipe Gestion et ingénierie de postes de travail (DME) vous effecturez de la résolution de problèmes et procèderez à des améliorations visant l’atteinte des objectifs de nos clients.

Your future duties and responsibilities
- Plus de 3 années d'expérience dans un poste d'administrateur Endpoint
- Diplôme collégial ou universitaire en informatique
- Maintien des opérations quotidiennes de nos services de gestion de postes de travail auprès de clients assignés
- Maintien des solutions et des technologies de façon à surpasser les attentes de nos clients en termes de fiabilité, d’efficacité tout en favorisant la croissance
- Participe aux conversations, aux réunions, aux sessions de partage de connaissances avec l'équipe et nos clients
- Participe à la conception et à la mise en œuvre de solutions de gestion de postes de travail qui correspondent à la fois aux besoins des clients et aux meilleures pratiques de l'industrie
- Documente les processus et les besoins des clients ainsi que les conceptions et les solutions

Required qualifications to be successful in this role
- Ouvert à l’apprentissage continu et saura contribuer à l’évolution technique et procédurale
- Expérience et connaissance approfondies de Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM / MEM / SCCM)
- Expérience et connaissance approfondies des systèmes d’exploitation Windows 10 et Windows 11
- Compétent dans les meilleures pratiques ITIL pour la gestion des tickets (ex: changements, requêtes, incidents)
- Travailleur indépendant nécessitant peu de supervision au-delà des attentes initiales et du transfert des exigences
- Excellentes compétences en communication en anglais et/ou français, à l'oral et à l'écrit

Compétences souhaitables
- Connaissance des nouvelles technologies et système d’exploitation d’entreprises (par exemple: Intune, Autopilot, Nanoheal, Patch My PC, Azure AD)
- Expérience et expérience technique avec MacOS / iOS / Android
- Maîtrise d'un ou plusieurs outils de script (ex : PowerShell, PS Application Deployment Toolkit)
- Administration d'Active Directory pour la gestion des postes de travail (ex : création et gestion de stratégies de groupe (GPO) et d'unités organisationnelles
