Spa Receptionist

**Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner.
- Answer incoming calls with proper phone etiquette and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
- Manage appointment scheduling and maintain an organized calendar.
- Assist with product demos, providing information to clients as needed.
- Handle cashiering duties, including cash handling and processing transactions through POS systems.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure seamless operations.
- Provide support for retail sales activities when necessary.
- Perform basic math calculations for cash handling and transactions.
**Experience**
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred.
- Proficiency in using POS systems and handling cash is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently while also being a team player.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are an asset.

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
**Education**:
- Secondary School (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Sales: 1 year (required)
- Customer service: 1 year (required)
