**What you’ll do**
- Verify services billed by transport companies, invoices, compliance with agreement policies and with the supplier’s manual
- Identify dealers to be invoiced
- Codify freight costs in the appropriate general accounts ledger and generate appropriate forms for the payment of transport invoices
- Authorize transport invoices to be paid and carriers' requests for additional charges they want to apply
- Communicate with carriers to explain the policies they must abide by and to solve problems
- Analyze carriers' account statements
- Forward deductions to be applied to suppliers' accounts to the Accounts Payable Department
- Submit log entries to the finance department when required and participate in tasks for end of fiscal year

**What you bring**
- College diploma in Transport Logistics, Accounting and Management or General Administration
- Knowledge of transport and/or accounting
- Bilingual (English and French)
- Excellent knowledge of Excel
- Pro-active, diplomatic and well organized
- Good communication skills
