**Job Description**:
As the accounts payable agent for the Finance Department, you will contribute to Laura’s success. You will be responsible of verifies, codes, and processes Account payable accurately and in a timely manner.

**How will you support the team?**
- Enters and processes data/invoices into system, ensuring accuracy of information.
- Approves and codes into appropriate account number.
- Ensures all expenses meet Company policies.
- Prepares cheques and ensures payment is on time.
- Focus on credit card reporting.
- Monitor credit card availability.
- Reconciles credit card statements.
- Prepares month-end accruals.

**Qualifications**:

- DEC in Accounting with 2 year working experience in account payable.
- Knowledge of financial systems
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Good communication skills in both French and English.
