L'équipe Planification Opérationnelle est une équipe dynamique au cœur des différents secteurs d'affaires d'Intact qui assure un lien fort entre les différentes équipes TI d'Intact et les besoins des lignes d’affaires.

Les projets sur lesquels nous travaillons? Aussi variés qu'il soit possible de l'être. Nous sommes impliqués dans tous types de projets touchant les systèmes de polices d'assurance, CRM, actuariat, Web et bien plus. Difficile de tous les nommer Nos projets sont d’envergure nationale et régionale. Nous avons donc les projets qui sauront vous intéresser

Votre bureau sera situé principalement dans la région de Montréal mais vous serez également appelé à vous déplacer régulièrement entre nos bureaux de la région.

Nous sommes à la recherche d'un Gestionnaire de produit (PO). Votre mandat principal sera de gérer le backlog pour le lignes personnelles en travaillant de concert avec les autres PO du groupe.

**Ce que vous ferez**:
Relevant du Directeur - Planification opérationnelle, vous aurez comme principales responsabilités:

- S’associer avec les équipes et les gestionnaires pour recueillir les requis et faciliter les projets.
- Préparer les user stories et gérer le backlog, créant de la valeur à la fois pour l’entreprise et nos agents.
- Assurer la planification, animer les démonstrations et participer aux comités et rétrospectives.
- Veiller à ce que les produits créent un haut niveau d’engagement et dépassent les attentes de nos clients.
- Assurer la livraison des produits en fonction des feuilles de route.
- Agir à titre d’expert en matière de développement de produits et d’innovation.

**Ce qu'il vous faut**:

- De l'expérience dans la création et la livraison de produits, la coordination d'équipe ou de projets.
- Bonnes connaissances des méthodologies agiles (Scrum, Kanban).
- Connaissances d'outils et systèmes d'Intact.
- Capacité à faire des présentations percutantes et l’animation d’ateliers.
- Très bonne compréhension des aspects techniques liés au design et au développement.
- Bilinguisme (anglais/français) - _Nécessité d’interagir sur une base régulière avec des collègues partout au pays_.

- Leader autonome orienté vers la résolution de problèmes et l’atteinte de résultats.
- Avoir une facilité à orienter une équipe, animer des scrums et faire des ateliers de priorisation.
- Compétences prouvées en planification et gestion de projets.
- Passionné par l’expérience utilisateur et apportant une grande attention à l'efficacité opérationnelle.
- Diplomate, capable d’influencer et excellent pour développer et entretenir des relations.
- Positif, créatif, analytique et curieux.
