**Votre équipe et rôle**

La nature principale du poste est de guider le développement des produits interagissant avec la plateforme infonuagique (Cloud), d’influencer le développement de tous les produits du portefeuille, et de gérer une équipe de développeurs logiciels.

Le (la) gestionnaire de développement de produits à le mandat, avec l’aide d’une équipe dont il (elle) est le chef, de développer et livrer des produits dans les domaines du contrôle et de la supervision d’environnements et d’alimentation pour l’élevage de la volaille. Il (elle) assumera aussi le rôle de Product Owner (PO) au sein d’une équipes Agile et agira en tant qu’expert de son domaine, prenant part directement dans le développement si requis.

En tant que titulaire du poste, vous serez aussi responsable du maintien des compétences et de la performance de l'équipe. Vous favoriserez un contexte de collaboration ouverte, où l’innovation est encouragée et l’erreur est permise sur de courts cycles de développements. Vous planifierez et superviserez les activités de l'équipe et assurerez le suivi des livraisons. Aussi, vous recruterez et évaluerez le personnel, leur consacrerez du temps et leur offrirez des possibilités d'évoluer. Vous serez l'agent de communication principal entre l'équipe et tous les autres services de l'entreprise. Vous fournirez donc tous les efforts requis pour assurer la motivation des équipes et le succès des projets.

**Votre Impact**
- Gestion de la conception et de la réalisation de produits en tant que PO.
- Collaborer avec les équipes de gestion de produit et différentes parties prenantes dans la définition de la feuille de route court terme du produit.
- Établir des critères techniques de mise en marché des produits sur la base des exigences des clients et garantir le respect de ces critères.
- Communiquer de façon proactive au sujet des modifications et de l'état des projets.
- Agir en tant qu’architecte de solutions logicielles connectés, diriger les communications techniques et faire l’adéquations avec les besoins d’affaire.
- Faciliter la résolution de problème avec son équipe, les autres équipes et les autres fonctions de l’entreprise.
- Participer au développement lorsque requis.
- Assurer la qualité des livrables via des tests unitaires, d’intégration, de** **non-régression et de performance.
- Planifier et coordonner les essais beta sur sites clients.
- Assurer le support au marché si des problèmes logiciels sont la cause de défauts (niveau 3).
- Développer l'expertise et optimiser la performance de l'équipe.
- Gérer une équipe d'environ 8-12 développeurs logiciel et/ou assurance de la qualité.

**Votre expérience et qualifications**
- Baccalauréat ou plus en génie électrique, génie informatique ou un domaine connexe.
- 15 années d'expérience en développement de produits logiciels.
- 5 années d'expérience de conception infonuagique AWS, Azure ou autre.
- 5 années d'expérience en matière de gestion d'équipes de conception.
- Connaissances des systèmes embarqués exigé.
- Connaissance de la méthode Agile exigé.
- Maîtrise de la gestion de projets, y compris la conception de calendriers, le financement, le suivi et les rapports d'état des projets.
- Aptitudes/intérêt en matière de communication, de négociation et de leadership.
- Respect des individus, des idées et des opinions.
- Bilingue (français et anglais).
