Description

In collaboration with the manager, the assistant manager has the responsibility to supervise and execute the supply and marketing of the store in order to optimize the quality of products and services requested by consumers. You motivate your team to provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

Assist the pharmacy manager with their daily activitiesPlan, assign and supervise work to be carried out by the employees for which you are responsibleEnsure exemplary customer serviceSee to the opening and closing and ensure the proper functioning as well as the cleanliness of the pharmacyEnsure the training of employeesEnsure that operational standards for the branch are maintained

Requisite skills and knowledge:

Secondary School diploma or equivalent2 years experience in managementGood knowledge of pharmacy operationsExcellent organizational and planning skillsExcellent interpersonal skillsHighly-developed sense of customer serviceGood knowledge of French and basic knowledge of EnglishComputer skillsAvailable days, evenings and weekends

The position is offered by the pharmacy owner(s).

Education : High School Diploma (DES) - Not completed
Experience : 3 to 5 years experience
French Language : Very good knowledge
English Language : No knowledge
Other : Word, Excel, P.O.S
