**We are currently seeking a full-time Production Data/Information Support Coordinator to work at our Hospital Compounding facility in Mississauga.**

**Our site is located at 2400 Skymark Avenue.**

**SCHEDULE**:
**Primarily on-site, Monday-Friday 9am-5pm.**

**There is some flexibility in start time and eventual option to work from home once a week once fully trained.**

**Occasional evening or weekend work may be required, with notice.**

**DESCRIPTION**:
This is an entry level role focusing primarily on data entry and data management using tools such as Excel, Access, Word and any other company-specific software systems. This position will work independently to help in the creation of Master Batch Records (MBRs) and their associated product labels and sample products, as well as assist with any other tasks designated by the management staff or pharmacists on the production team, including helping in other areas of production as required. The individual will work with members within and outside of the production team as required in order to complete tasks, which will require them to be primarily on-site Monday-Friday, with some variability in the work schedule as per production needs.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Minimum high school diploma required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, database, spreadsheet and presentation software is required
- Previous experience in pharmaceutical/healthcare environment an asset
- Programming or data science background is an asset

**SKILLS**
- Accurate data-entry and verification, especially with numerical data
- Ability to troubleshoot basic programming within Excel (VBA) or company-specific software as required
- Maintain accurate data and data summaries within Excel, Access or other databases
- Collaboration within the department is essential; team player
- Must also be able to work independently and co-ordinate between different individuals or teams as needed
- Resilient, flexible, and adaptable to changes of responsibility
- Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressured environment
- Proactive and self-starter
- Demonstrated desire to learn and expand area of expertise
- Results oriented & attention to detail
