**Human Resources Advisor**
- Provide professional advise to employers (our clients) by identifying their staffing needs
- Engage and cultivate potential employers through diverse channels
- Requires a large amount of visits and the development of new businesses.
- Manage and strengthen current employers networks
- Ensure new hire packages and offer letters are saved into employee files
- Advise managers and employees on the interpretation of human resources policies, benefit programs and collective agreements
- Any other duties as required by Manager

**Tenure Requirements**:

- Fluent in English (written and verbal) is required.
- Fluent in Mandarin is preferred.
- College degree or above is required.
- Previous sales or human resource experience preferred.
- Ability to organize and coordinate, able to complete tasks independently.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills; high level of leadership influence.
- Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills.
- Proficiency in using office software and strong text editing skills.
- Existing relationships in commercial and industrial space is an asset.
- Business Travel is required.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Fixed term contract

- Monday to Friday
- On call

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Human resources: 1 year (preferred)
