**What You’ll Do**:

- Lead the planning and execution of multiple flooring projects from concept through completion, ensuring everything is done on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Oversee all aspects of project management, including scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, and risk management.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between clients, vendors, and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and smooth workflows.
- Track project progress meticulously and generate detailed reports that keep everyone on the same page.
- Ensure the highest level of quality and craftsmanship is upheld in every project.

**What You Bring**:

- **Flooring Industry Experience**: A deep understanding of the flooring business is ideal. You know the materials, the processes, and the challenges that come with it.
- A proven track record of managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide teams to success.
