**Your Opportunity**

This full-time role is about making an impact on people’s lives and the future of clean energy. You will leverage your skills and experience to be part of an innovative team and make a difference for our customers. As a Training Coordinator in Kincardine, Ontario (remote work will also be considered), you will be part of the proven team in the Installed Base Business Unit. Your work will include:

- Supports organization in scheduling internal and external training for all staff.
- Responsible for onboarding all new staff customers systems and linking all required training.
- Be competent of performing tasks that may impact health and safety in the workplace.
- Relies on limited experience and judgement to plan and accomplish goals.
- Performs a variety of tasks. Works under general supervision.
- Creates and submits trade new hire requests
- Point of contact for all new hire trade orientation
- Point of contact for scheduling dates for all training activities
- Setting up facilities and materials required for training
- Coordinates and notifies participants and instructors of travel arrangements
- Provides computer support for training activities
- Performs data entry of all training and qualification
- Provide weekly training reports to supervisors and tracks qualifications in the customer system to ensure compliance
- Assists with training audits
- Assists with other general clerical duties as directed
- To play an active role in creating a safe and healthy workplace and comply with all applicable safety and health rules
