**Company Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Operational Management**:

- Manage day-to-day operations of the control panel Estimating, Quoting, Purchasing and Production functions, ensuring smooth and efficient production.
- Coordinate Engineering, Estimating, Quoting, Purchasing, Production, Logistics, and Sales, to ensure meeting customer specifications, engineering designs, and regulatory standards.
- Develop and oversee production schedules to meet customer deadlines and project requirements.
- Monitor and manage KPIs, in all functions including accuracy, productivity, quality, cost, and safety.
- **Process Improvement**:

- Evaluate and continuously improve Estimating, Quoting, Purchasing, Production processes focusing on efficiency, waste reduction, and cost control.
- Implement lean enterprise principles and other best practices to enhance workflow and reduce lead times.
- Ensure the implementation of industry best practices and compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Collaborate with the engineering team (both customer and internal) to improve product designs for manufacturability.
- **Team Leadership**:

- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of supervisors, production workers, technicians and support staff.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment, promoting teamwork and accountability.
- Promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure the proper training and development of staff to enhance skills and keep pace with technological advancements.
- **Quality Assurance**:

- Maintain stringent quality control procedures to ensure that all products meet or exceed industry, regulatory and customer standards.
- Work closely with the quality control team to address any product issues and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Lead root cause analysis for quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- **Project Management**:

- Coordinate with the customers, project management and engineering teams to ensure that control panel projects are executed efficiently, on time, and within budget.
- Monitor project timelines, resources, and costs, adjusting schedules and plans as necessary to meet project goals.
- **inventory & Supply Chain Management**:

- Manage inventory levels and manage purchasing to ensure timely availability of materials and components for production.
- Build strong relationships with suppliers to ensure quality materials and competitive pricing.
- Optimize inventory and material usage to reduce costs and minimize waste.
- **Budgeting & Cost Management**:

- Manage the operations budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Collaborate with the finance team to analyze operational performance and provide accurate forecasting.
- **Safety & Compliance**:

- Ensure a safe working environment by enforcing safety policies and procedures in compliance with industry regulations and company standards.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory safety standards and conduct regular safety audits.
- Promote a culture of safety awareness throughout the organization.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in operations management within a manufacturing environment, preferably in control panel or electrical component manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of control panel manufacturing processes, including electrical assembly, wiring, and testing.
- Proven experience with lean enterprise, process improvement, and quality management systems (ISO 9001 preferred).
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a focus on employee development and performance optimization.
- Proficiency with ERP systems and proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
- Strong understanding of safety standards and regulations.

Pay: $80,000.00-$95,000.00 per year
