Over 70 physicians and specialists, alongside a broad roster of complementary health care disciplines, provide health and lifestyle management services on site and by video consult for individuals, families and organizations. Our team of 550+ staff see clients virtually and physically from our downtown Toronto and Oakville clinics.

The Role:
Accountabilities:

- Own the development of marketing content and contribute to the broader Marketing Strategy
- Identify target audiences and optimal marketing channels to enhance customer growth
- Proactively recommend and execute the company’s annual content calendar
- Create and deliver high-quality, high-impact and results oriented content
- Adapt the style, tone and complexity of writing to suit a variety of formats and audiences
- Collaborate with the product team to ensure timely development, launch, and implementation of content

About you:

- Exceptional interpersonal skills, written and oral communication skills
- Ability to conceive fresh and appealing ideas for new content that establishes or supports the company's brand identity
- Proven expertise and success in setting and executing content marketing strategies
- Strong skills in creating original content that targets a specific audience and meets company objective
- A highly collaborative attitude focused on providing the best products and solutions for the team
- A strong understanding of brand identity, brand marketing and content planning
- A critical thinker and adapt quickly to change
- Comfortable prioritizing tasks while working under pressure to meet deadline in a fast-paced environment
- Interested in being part of a growing team & contributing to organization growth
- Experience working within the health & wellness industry is an asset

The Requirements
- 4+ years experience in content marketing
- Bachelors degree in communications, journalism, marketing or a related field
- Hands on experience with content management systems
- Basic technical knowledge of HTML and web publishing
- Knowledge of SEO best practices is considered an asset
- Good organizational and time-management skills

This is a full-time position that is scheduled primarily during business hours Monday through Friday, and will report to the Senior Manager, Marketing Communications. The position will have a hybrid work set-up with opportunity to work from home and in the office at our 150 York St location in downtown Toronto.
