**_ What your team does:_**

Redstone is an industry-leading agency that delivers event management solutions and other outsourced services to corporations, not-for-profits, and trade/professional associations. Redstone’s marketing and business development team is laser-focused on helping our audiences understand the services that we offer and the value that they can bring to their organization. We do this by creating unique, valuable, and timely content that supports our community while also driving business results in their organizations and in ours. Redstone’s marketing efforts are multichannel and are inspired by HubSpot’s inbound marketing methodology.

**_What you’ll do:_**

**Content Strategy, Development & Execution**:

- Lead Redstone’s content development by creating various long and short-form conversion-focused marketing assets that aim to attract, engage, and delight throughout the customer journey, including thought-leadership and how-to
content, blog posts and articles, case studies, web copy, social posts, digital ads, and more
- Support Redstone’s content development by contributing to non-conversion focused marketing assets that aim to educate, build awareness, and leave a lasting impression on prospects (presentation decks, materials for events we attend/sponsor, etc.)
- Optimize new and/or existing content for SEO, and establish SEO best-practice framework, including keyword research, backlinking and outreach strategies
- Work closely with Redstone’s Marketing Team and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that developed content properly reflects Redstone’s brand and voice

**Social & Digital Marketing**
- Lead company’s social media strategy, manage content calendar (copy, graphics, links, etc.), actively post, all while monitoring and engaging with community on an ongoing basis

**Measure & Research**
- Develop and maintain a campaign measurement framework to track the performance of multi-channel marketing initiatives while assessing their effectiveness, providing insights and recommendations
- Conduct research, compile and consider data, including target audience, personas, competitive insight, and customer feedback
- Investigate new methods and creative strategies to optimize and grow demand generation and lead generation efforts
- Work in conjunction with Redstone’s CEO and business development team to understand how our inbound marketing efforts turn into closed business, and continually refine Redstone’s process to convert prospects to clients

**_You will thrive in this role if:_**
- You have worked in the events and/or association management industry
- You have a HubSpot Inbound Methodology certification or experience working with HubSpot (or another CRM platform)
- You have working knowledge of SEO and experience with long and short format digital copywriting
- You have a university or college degree in marketing, communications, business, or another related program
- You can juggle priorities and adapt in a busy changing environment, managing multiple projects at once, and adhering to strict deadlines

- You are bilingual in English / French

**Salary**: $70,000 - $78,000 (total compensation) based on experience
