- Lead the end-to-end project management lifecycle as part of a larger portfolio, from conception through planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
- Coordinate software development project activities, working with stakeholders and development team to ensure that project deliverables are met on time and within budget
- Develop comprehensive project plans for multiple projects simultaneously, including timelines, communication plan, scope breakdown, cost and resources baseline
- Coordinate and manage cross-functional project teams, including IT professionals, business analysts, vendors, and other stakeholders, driving cross-functional collaboration
- Monitor and control project risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing mitigation strategies and contingency plans as needed
- Develop and maintain all project documentation, ensure compliance with established project management methodologies, best practices, and quality standards
- Track and report on project progress and overall KPIs, ensuring that information is up-to-date and they accurately reflect project status
- Lead release management discussions and activities across multiple projects within the portfolio, ensuring coordination and alignment of release plans
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and contribute to our project/product management process and procedures by identifying areas for improvement

**Qualifications, Education and Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Project Management or a related field
- +5 years of direct work experience in project management delivering software development projects and IT solutions
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to influence stakeholders, motivate and guide cross-functional teams towards project success
- Demonstrated ability in written and oral communication skills along with strong presentation skills. Ability to determine the information and communication needs of the stakeholders and project
- Strong understanding of project management and software development lifecycles (PMLC/SDLC) and experience with different methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
- Deadline-driven and results-oriented, ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and effectively
- Possess advanced skills in Project Management tools, such as MS Project and JIRA
- Project Management Professional (PMP) and Scrum (CSM/PSM) certifications are highly desired
- ITIL foundation would be considered an asset

**Working Conditions**:

- Office-first hybrid work model. This position will be expected to work onsite a minimum of 2 days per week OR as required based on business needs.
