**Job Details**

As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales and growing the pipeline by setting up qualified meetings with customers and conducting demos of the software.

The Sales Representative is the first point of contact for clients. It is important to be excited and motivated to show clients the amazing software and how it will help their business grow.

**Responsibilities**
- Proactively seek new opportunities in the market. Develop new leads through referrals, online research etc.
- Convert new opportunities into completed sales
- Achieve the sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis
- Identify the client’s needs and find solutions to meet their needs
- Negotiate contracts and do regular follow ups to ensure client satisfaction
- Send reports on sales activity, projections, customer feedback and any other possible issues
- Be open to receiving positive feedback on a consistent basis to grow
- Opportunities to travel for trade shows and expand sales presence in different regions
- Perform other duties as requested

**Requirements**:

- A strong and confident communicator. Be able actively listen and converse with our clients and learn what their needs are
- Previous success in sales and ideally understand different sales techniques
- Confident and be able to deliver engaging presentations to potential customers
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven experience as an Account Representative or other sales role is preferred
- Highly proficient in MS Office Products
- Knowledge about the construction and glass industry is a plus

**Salary**: $22.00-$30.00 per hour
