Upper James Autopro is a family-owned auto repair facility that has serviced the Hamilton community for the past 4 years. We specialize in providing high quality preventative maintenance, service, and performance upgrades for imported and domestic vehicles alike. You’re good at:

- Providing the very best client experience
- Working with people and communicating with customers
- Having initiative and being in charge of your own schedule

You have the following qualifications:

- 1-3 years working in a customer service role (automotive preferred)
- Experience with German cars
- Class G drivers license/ clean abstract
- Experience with Protractor (point of sale) is helpful

**Salary**: $65,000.00-$95,000.00 per year

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Hamilton, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- service advisor: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 2 years (preferred)
