Morning Front Desk Receptionist/ Sales Team Member The Front Desk Receptionist is responsible for welcoming all members, guests and prospects into our studio. The primary role of all Ignite Cycle & Strength employees is to gain and retain members by making them feel welcome and ensuring that they have enjoyed their Ignite experience.

Essential Job Functions:

- Greet members by name and create a great first impression of our studio
- Check in members and guests to the club using our MINDBODY app
- Generate & follow up on sales leads
- Lead tours of the studio
- Assist clients with equipment setup
- Answer incoming calls professionally
- Field all member questions, concerns, and complaints; Directing these inquiries to the appropriate person
- Oversee retail sales
- Perform opening and closing functions regarding the front desk
- Take payments as needed
- Attend all required staff meetings
- Clean equipment after classes and frequently used spaces
- Provide a clean, safe and healthy environment for members, guests and co-workers

Qualifications:

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with energy and enthusiasm
- Passionate about the health and fitness industry

**Job Types**: Part-time

**Salary**: From $15.00 per hour

- 5 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

**Experience**:

- sales: 3 years (preferred)
- Customer service: 3 years (preferred)

Work Location: One location

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 15 per week
