**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Continue to define and develop the BOLD brand and create market consistency
- Create and drive marketing initiatives to support sales growth and consumer product knowledge
- Define and implement marketing strategies for product launches and new product innovations
- Trade marketing - work with retail partners to understand market needs, create branded displays and point-of-sale assets
- Work with suppliers on designing brand assets for in-store engagement, retail displays and product knowledge
- Monitor consumer and industry trends to create meaningful marketing and communication across multiple platforms (digital and print)
- Analyze and measure effectiveness of current and future marketing programs
- Create long-term strategies to protect and enhance brand development and brand equity
- Push the envelope in developing BOLD’s brand within the restrictive regulations of the Cannabis Act
- Work with internal and external sales team to support sales growth and brand positioning
- Continually define target audience and create marketing campaigns that resonate with BOLD’s consumers
- Manage social media platforms and content creation
- Oversee and direct all marketing and brand building within the organization
- Other duties as required

**Qualifications and Expectations**
- 2+ years proven experience in marketing and branding, or other regulated CPG industries (cannabis marketing preferred)
- Understanding of methods for promoting and selling regulated products and creating marketing strategies to build sales opportunities and product knowledge
- Proven track record in brand management, retail promotions, digital and print advertising campaigns and evaluating opportunities across multiple markets
- Ability to identify consumer trends and ‘where to play’
- Self-directed and independent

**Work Conditions**
- Monday to Friday, standard business hours
- Some evening and weekends as required
- Remote position, or on-site in Saskatoon

**Salary**: $65,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
