**About this Opportunity**

**Job functions will involve**:

- Ensure gravel roads are maintained in a safe manner for industry & public travel
- Complete Daily Pre and Post operation inspection walk-around
- Express the knowledge and ability to Identify potential maintenance concerns on a variety of equipment
- Enter workorders into Maximo with details to assist Planner/Schedulers on equipment maintenance
- Work closely with Maintenance Coordinator/Mechanics/ Maintenance Planners/Schedulers to ensure that work priorities are identified for equipment and Paramount owned roads
- Conduct general maintenance on grader to minimize potential downtime
- Maintain a parts list and inventory for general maintenance
- Identify hazards and complete recommendations for improvements and efficiencies
- Ensure operating & maintenance procedures are reviewed and current
- Complete detailed daily work tickets for invoice validation

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- A minimum of 5 years grading experience
- Experience in the grading and safe handling of equipment in an “Off Highway” environment
- Must have basic computer skills
- Must have accomplished a High School Diploma (or equivalent)
- Experience in general and preventive maintenance of graders
- Must possess a valid Class 5 driver’s license
