International Student Recruiter

Toronto, Canada North York Academy Full time

North York Academy is looking for a highly skilled and experienced student recruitment representative to join the team. The student recruitment representative must have excellent organization skills and knowledge in International Student Recruitment particularly in the international education sector. The student recruitment representative is responsible for conducting market analysis, marketing the academy assigned in the particular region to improve high school sales. Other responsibilities include generating customer leads and developing sales and marketing strategies that boost business for the academy.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Establish and maintain positive and productive relationships with overseas education consultants;
- Hold presentations, seminars and spot evaluation sessions;
- Develop, implement, and manage a digital strategy to maximize international student recruitment;
- Pro-actively generate ideas to develop business opportunities;
- Maximize student recruitment to achieve financial goals established for the region.
- Answer written and oral inquiries; Prepare and/or deliver educational, publicity and information programs, materials and sessions; Gather, research and prepare communications material; Co-ordinate special publicity events and promotions;
- Develop and implement advertising campaigns to promote the sales of services;
- Establish distribution networks for services, initiate market research studies and analyze the findings, and direct and evaluate the marketing strategies of establishments;
- Develop the strategy for and manage execution of student recruitment;
- Develop and maintain your own client base to meet sales targets;
- Develop campaigns to meet the needs of our clients.

- Strong written and spoken English;
- Able to travel and meet and liaise with potential partners and clients;
- Proven ability to negotiate and work with high-level executives;
- Strong analytical skills;
- To engage in new markets and with multiple partners across the globe;
- Sales experience of 3 years or more in education industry;
- Self-motivated, ambitious and active part of an energetic growing team;
- Initiative; Effective interpersonal skills; Flexibility; Team player; Excellent oral communication; Excellent written communication; Client focus; Judgement; Organized.

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
