Job Title: Administrative Assistant
**Responsibilities**:
- Answering and directing phone calls
- Greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate department or staff member
- Managing and organizing company files, records, and documents
- Scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars
- Ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory levels
- Preparing correspondence and reports as needed
- Performing general office duties such as photocopying, faxing, and mailing
**Requirements**:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Diploma or Bachelor's degree preferred
- 1 years of experience in an administrative or clerical role preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively
