**Job Summary**

We are currently looking for a Memorial Sales Representative for Stouffville Monument located at 6194 Main Street in Stouffville, ON and at our future location at 378 Durham Regional Highway 47, Goodwood, ON.

Stouffville Monument has the distinction of being the oldest operating monument business in Ontario. Since 1839, this company has been dedicated to excellence in craftmanship of a variety of memorials through our exceptionally high standards of product quality and customer service.

**Responsibilities**
- Scheduling memorialization sales appointments
- Presenting and selling memorialization products and services to both at-need and pre-need customers
- Ensuring memorials/inscriptions comply with cemetery bylaws and liaise with cemetery representatives to ensure requested memorial/inscription is permitted within the interment right.
- Completing and submitting cemetery documents required for memorial approval processes.
- Ordering foundations from cemeteries/contractors to ensure they are installed ahead of the monument delivery.
- Performing office administration duties including processing contracts and orders, collecting deposits and final payments.
- Diligently providing layouts to customers for approvals
- _Reviewing layouts with customers, while actively listening to their feedback_
- _Ensuring they understand what to expect from the design_
- _Completing a final talk through of all the details with the customer ensuring the highest level of accuracy_
- Placing memorial/inscription orders internally.
- Meet families at cemeteries as needed to support sales
- Ensure displays and office are clean and tidy
- Reporting to the Office Manager
