**Warehouse PM Shift Team Lead Hand**

The People People on behalf of our client Checkers Cleaning Services is now hiring for a Warehouse PM Shift Team Lead Hand.

We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to assume the role of Warehouse PM Shift Team Lead Hand. With a "**Customer First**" mindset, the Warehouse PM Shift Team Lead Hand ensures that all decisions are made with the customers’ satisfaction at heart.

As a pivotal member of our team, you will oversee the smooth operation of our evening shift, ensuring the efficient handling and distribution of goods, optimizing workflow, and maintaining safety standards to ensure the efficient and secure handling of warehouse operations.

**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Guide and direct 3-4 Warehouse Workers, Keeping the Team on task.
- Route all Orders for Next Day Shipping using our Software Systems.
- Work with the Team to Pick & Pack All Orders. This is a hands-on role
- Ensure all Routes are Staged and Ready for Shipping.
- Health & Safety Contact - be First Aid Certified.
- Close Down Procedure - Lock Facility at end of Shift.
- Be the Responsible Person to ensure team productivity and performance.
- Perform housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and organized warehouse.

**Required Qualifications**:

- 2+ years prior warehouse experience.
- Ability to work overtime as required to complete daily tasks.
- Physically agile and able to lift, carry, and move large and awkward items up to 55 lbs.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Able to read and write in English.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to make decisions and meet daily deadlines.
- Flexible to change tasks quickly when necessary.
- Own transportation as Checkers is not on a bus route.
