The Human Resource Program Manager ensures that human resource programs support the long-term goals of the People plan for Business Units across the Portfolio. This position owns the reporting and analytics for all the units of business to enable business decisions and optimize business performance supported by consistent and reliable data. This is a great generalist role that will oversee a range of full Human Resources programs including employee development, engagement & business integrations. This position also conducts regular HR training for employees and supervisors and involves close collaboration with the HR Business unit leaders.

**Job Description**:
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Plans, directs and administers various human resource programs.- Designs and produces HR metrics and analytics for all business units.- Leads the development and execution of HR programs (project plan development, kick off meetings, status updates and implementation debriefs).- Develops HR training programs and teaches courses.- Researches, analyzes data and prepares quarterly reports on HR trends, new HR project suggestions and current program goals and progress.- Develops, reviews and revises program policies and procedures.- Provides advice and counsel on updating and interpreting programs.- Provides day to day HR Business Partner support to Business Units without embedded HR resources.- Supports and participates in acquisition due diligence and integration activities.- Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Considerable knowledge of principles and practices of human resource management, dynamics of employee development and professional growth, and training program design and presentation- Ability to work cross-culturally in an international environment.- Ability to compose and present comprehensive reports.- Ability to plan, organize and present training activities to diverse employee groups.- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software- Ability to travel internationally as required.

Education and Experience:
- Post-secondary degree in in human resources or a related field and five years of human resource experience; or any combination of education, training and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position.- Previous experience as an HR analyst with demonstrated strength working with HR metrics.- Minimum 2 years project management experience, leading large complex projects- SHRM/CHRP Certified Professional credentials preferred.
