Office Coordinator

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Process contracts, distribute and enter them into BuildTopia system
- Prepare administrative documents related to home sales
- Act as main point of contact for all sales document related inquiries
- Update weekly reports
- Update all marketing materials - price lists, lot lists, websites, show home schedule
- Coordinate marketing requirements as needed with marketing agency, photographers, furniture moves, etc.
- Assist sales team, Sales & Marketing Manager and Operations Manager
- Perform administrative duties as required

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Proficient in Microsoft Office - Word, Excel
- Experience in processing of legal/real estate documents an asset
- Experience in social media management an asset
**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
**Salary**: $45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
