**RÉSUMÉ DES FONCTIONS**:
Sous l’autorité du superviseur des opérations, la principale responsabilité du livreur est de conduire un camion de cinq tonnes pour transporter de l’ameublement et des appareils ménagers jusqu’au domicile des clients, de fournir des services d’installation et de raccordement et de rapporter les échanges ou les produits recyclés. De plus, vous devrez être un ambassadeur du service à la clientèle hors pair de Metro Chaîne d’Approvisionnement et un chef de file du service de livraison à domicile. Il est essentiel que le spécialiste des services de livraison crée une expérience positive en plus de répondre aux besoins des clients. La réussite dans ce rôle sera déterminée par la satisfaction de la clientèle, le respect des délais, la précision du travail et l’interaction positive avec les clients en tout temps.

**RESPONSABILITÉS**:

- Remplir toute la documentation de manière rigoureuse et conformément aux procédures opérationnelles normalisées (PON), notamment les documents sur l’installation des appareils électroménagers et de l’ameublement, les manifestes, l’obtention des signatures, les opérations sécuritaires, etc.
- Dans un centre Metro Chaîne d’Approvisionnement, charger minutieusement les produits dans un camion de livraison de cinq tonnes afin d’éviter les dommages.
- Respecter les méthodes sécuritaires de conduite automobile de Metro Chaîne d’Approvisionnement, ainsi que toutes les lois provinciales sur les véhicules à moteur.
- Veiller à la propreté du camion de livraison, effectuer des inspections quotidiennes avant et après le quart de travail et informer le superviseur de toute préoccupation ou recommandation sur le service.
- Suivre toutes les procédures sur la protection des biens de Metro Chaîne d’Approvisionnement et de ses clients contre le vol.
- Collaborer avec le service à la clientèle et le coordonnateur logistique afin de retourner ou d’échanger les produits endommagés qui ne sont pas acceptés lors de la livraison et les rapporter au centre, conformément à la procédure.
- Collaborer avec le service à la clientèle et le coordonnateur logistiques pour tenir compte des livraisons urgentes ou des changements apportés à l’itinéraire de livraison et soutenir l’équipe en fournissant des installations de livraison spécialisées de qualité.
- Établir une relation positive avec le coordonnateur logistiques en comprenant les attentes des clients, en respectant les engagements et en traitant ou en référant toute préoccupation sur le service pour une résolution prioritaire.
- Respecter les exigences uniformes établies, maintenir une image professionnelle et interagir avec les clients de manière courtoise et dévouée.
- Démontrer et promouvoir quotidiennement les valeurs sur Notre façon de Metro.
- Effectuer toutes les autres tâches assignées.

**ÉTUDES ET EXPÉRIENCE**:

- Posséder un diplôme d’études secondaires ou expérience équivalente, un atout.
- Détenir un permis de conduire valide de classe 3 (Classe 3 et mention F) et un dossier de conduite vierge.
- Posséder de l’expérience en tant que livreur dans un milieu de travail sous pression et en contact avec la clientèle, un atout.
- Posséder de l’expérience dans la prestation de services de livraison à domicile, y compris l’installation d’appareils électroménagers et d’ameublement.
- Consentir à une vérification des antécédents criminels et de crédit.
- Détenir le permis approprié pour conduire un camion de cinq tonnes.
- Parler le français et l’anglais.
- Posséder au moins un an d’expérience de conduite de camions de cinq tonnes.
- Réussir une vérification du casier judiciaire.
- Fournir des références pour la conduite.
- Posséder six mois d’expérience en livraison à domicile, en livraison d’appareils électroménagers, en service à la clientèle et en conduite.
- Avoir une excellente attitude.
- Être en bonne forme physique et en mesure de soulever plus de 100 lb de façon confortable et constante.
- Être disponible 7 jours par semaine.
