As a Production Worker (Tempering Offloader), you will be participating in the production process by managing the sorting, packing, and handling of materials and products, ensuring their smooth transition through various stages of production while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.

**Responsibilities**:
**1. Sort, Pack, Rack, Create, and Pack Materials and Products**:

- Organize materials and products based on type, size, or quality to prepare them for further processing or shipment.
- Place products into packaging materials, ensuring they are securely packed to prevent damage during transportation or storage.
- Arrange products on racks or shelves according to specifications to help optimize space and make the produces accessible for further handling or processing.
- Prepare and assemble crates for shipping, ensuring that products are cushioned and protected.
- Finalize the packaging process, which may include labeling, sealing, and preparing products for shipment or storage.

**2. Assist with other Production and Elemental Activities**:

- Assist with various tasks involved in the production process, which may include setting up machinery, monitoring production runs, and making adjustments as needed.
- Engage in elemental activities related to maintaining production efficiency, such as checking inventory levels, replenishing supplies, and ensuring that production workflows are smooth.

**3. Assist Machine Operators, Assemblers, and Other Workers**:

- Provide support to machine operators by helping with setup, operation, and troubleshooting of machines.
- Assist assemblers by providing tools, materials, and guidance as needed during the assembly process.
- Collaborate with other workers to ensure that production goals are met, and workflows are efficient.

**4. Other Duties**:

- Inspect and separate damaged products from those that are in good condition and report issues to supervisors for further action.
- Perform additional tasks as needed based on production demands, company needs, or supervisory requests.

Required Qualifications
- Ability to lift more than 50 pounds and stand for a longer period.
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols.
