**About Us**:
Calgary Meals on Wheels improves the food security and well-being of our community by preparing and delivering nutritious, quality, and affordable meals. Each day approximately 4,500 nutritious meals are produced and delivered through an engaged network of employees, volunteers, and donors.

**The Position**:
The position of Client Service Coordinator is a temporary role intended to fulfill a 16-month contract. This Client Service Coordinator is a valuable member of our Programs team and is committed to equity, diversity, and inclusion; client-centred care; integrity; kindness; quality; respect; and teamwork. This position reports to the Programs Manager.

To be successful in this role, you will have effective communication that include active listening and empathy while exercising patience with our clients. You are comfortable with an established day-to-day routine and adaptable when the situation calls. You are happy working independently and spending significant time on the phone and in the database. You are organized and detail-oriented, and you thrive in a fast-paced environment. You enjoy problem solving and can multi-task without losing focus or consistency. You are passionate about food security in our community and are drawn to this position because you want to make a difference.

Calgary Meals on Wheels is committed to providing a safe and friendly work environment that supports work-life balance - no evenings or weekends. The hours are Monday to Friday, 7:30AM to 3:30PM.

**Qualification and Skills**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, office administration, data management, or relevant area. Nonprofit experience considered an asset.
- Grade 12
- Excellent computer proficiency (Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Teams & previous CRM / database experience is an asset)
- Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
- Excellent attention to detail, administrative, and organization skills
- Clean police check and vulnerable sector search

**Salary**: $43,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
